1:20 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, Guam time: All watches and warnings associated with Tropical Storm Man-yi have been canceled, according to the National Weather Service. U.S. bases on Guam have resumed seasonal Condition of Readiness 4. Man-yi continues hurtling southwest away from the island, still packing 50-mph sustained winds and 65-mph gusts at center. This is the final report on Man-yi.
