FRANKFURT, Jan. 22 — Lovely Pier Angela, Italy’s gift to U.S. movie-goers, loves ALL men.

There what she said yesterday at Rhine-Main Airport, when asked if she preferred European Romeos to those on Hollywood and Vine.

The green-eyed 19-year-old beauty flew into Germany from New York, accompanied by her mother.

She looked good as she posed on the ramp for press photographers and accepted flowers from Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer representatives. She also signed autograph books and one lucky 6-year-old, Rolf Hans, of Frankfurt, may remember this day when his autograph book is gone. He received a gentle kiss.

Pier is over here to make a movie for MGM. Its tentative title is "Devil Makes Three." She will co-star with Gene Kelly. Most of the film will be shot in the area between Munich and Salzburg. Pier and mother leave today for Munich.

Pier came into the movie-queen business by a common route. She was picked by a sharp-eyed producer. According to her, she was studying sculpturing at an art school in Rome when French producer Leonide Moguy met her through an acquaintance.
