A cafe in the Hongdae section of Seoul, 943 King’s Cross, is a can’t-miss for fans of Harry Potter.

This six-story brick building looks just like a shop on Diagon Alley, a cobblestoned London backstreet with wizard shops and eateries in author J.K. Rowling’s stories.

If you’re a fan of the seven-book series, this spellbound cafe should bring waves of nostalgia. One side of the building has a sign, “943 King’s Cross,” with another underneath, “Broom Parking.”

The interior is just as magical. To the right you’ll find an entire wall of wands, and to the left, the friendly staff making wizard butter, jelly smoothies and all types of pastries, including “Happee Birthdae” cakes.

But coffee and smoothies are not all that 943 King’s Cross is brewing. It also offers huge smoked turkey legs appropriately called Dragon Legs, along with fries, European sausages, nacho coleslaw, fruits and cheese.

There are four plate options, including the Dragon Leg plate, for either two or one. They range from 24,000 won to 59,000 won – about $17.80 to $43.76.

I ordered a plate that comes with a turkey leg, french fries, pineapples, cherry, pickles, coleslaw and butter beer to wash it all down. Everything was delicious, and my inner child was jumping for joy.

With spooky season nearly upon us, don’t miss out on 943 King’s Cross.
