From spring festivals and scenic walks to car shows and family fairs, the options are bound to bring enjoyment. Here are a few can’t-miss events happening around the area April 25-27.

Spring festival: Celebrate the season in full bloom with food, shopping and live entertainment at this vibrant seasonal festival in Weisenheim am Sand on Saturday starting at noon and Sunday starting at 11 a.m. Admission is free.

German-American friendship walk: Lace up your shoes and choose your distance (3.1, 6.2, 10 or 13 miles) during the Ramstein Roadrunners Club’s annual celebration of the enduring bond between Germany and the U.S. All treks begin in Miesenbach on Saturday and Sunday at 7 a.m. Participation costs 3 euros per person.
