The A63 heading toward Mainz will close tonight between Kaiserslautern-Centrum and Sembach starting at 7 p.m., the city of Kaiserslautern said Friday in a statement.

The road repairs will continue through Sunday at 8 p.m., and traffic will be diverted from Kaiserslautern-Centrum via the U41 to AS Sembach.

The opposite direction heading toward Saarbrücken will remain open as usual.
