Spring Bazaar: Local vendors will sell antiques, jewelry and specialty foods during the Spring Bazaar at the Special Events Center on Rhine Ordnance Barracks Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Vendors inside the bazaar will only accept debit and credit cards, but make sure to bring cash for the food purveyors outside.
Model Train Expo: Marvel at extravagant model railway systems and browse specialty supplies to level up your at-home rig at the Faszination Modellbahn model train exposition in Mannheim Friday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission costs 14 euros for adults and 12 euros for children ages 9-17. Children eight years old and younger get in free.

Wine Hike: Fans of Bad Durkheim’s popular Wine Nights can experience the area’s vineyards during daylight hours Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. This open-air wine tasting experience leads guests along a 6-kilometer loop from Michelsberg to a nearby ancient Roman villa and back again, with ample opportunity to view the signature pink blossoms of the district’s almond trees. Participation in the hike is free but bring cash if you want to sample local wines during your trek.
