The Red Devils will be looking for their fifth straight win Saturday when they host Hannover 96 at Fritz Walter Stadium.

The streak has rocketed Kaiserslautern into third place in the second division table with 38 points, only two behind league leader 1. FC Cologne. Hamburg also has 38 points but is ahead of the Red Devils due to its better goal difference.

Hannover is coming into the game in seventh place, five points behind Kaiserslautern. After a hot steak that took the 96ers nearly to the top of the standings, things have cooled a bit with three wins, three losses and four ties in their last 10 games, compared to FCK’s 8-2 record.

Kaiserslautern coach Marcus Anfang is spoilt for choice with the lineup. All the starters are on board and two of the recent acquisitions, Maximilian Bauer and Tim Breithaupt, are expected to start.

Action gets underway at 1 p.m. and a nearly sold-out stadium is expected. There are still tickets available online for seats high up on Fritz Walter’s east end.

Next Friday the Red Devils travel to Hamburg for an evening summit against HSV.
