The most buzzworthy event this Super Bowl weekend will take place at Caesar’s Superdome in New Orleans, but there’s still plenty to do in the local area.

Ski Trip: Shred the Swiss Alps with Ramstein Outdoor Recreation. This turn-and-burn day trip to Switzerland’s breathtaking Jungfrau Region departs Ramstein Air Base at 12:01 a.m. Saturday and includes transportation, lift tickets and gear rental for $245.

The Nutcracker Ballet with Orchestra: If you want to go a bit farther afield, head to Trier to enjoy a performance of one of the most popular ballets of all time at the SWT Arena at 8 p.m. Saturday. Tickets start at €76.

Phil Collins and Genesis Tribute: A live cover band will be performing crowd favorite Phil Collins and Genesis songs at the Congress Center Ramstein at 8:30 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are €32 online or €35 at the door.

Classical Concert: Those who aren’t interested in the big game or want to unwind before kickoff can take in a performance by a classical music quartet at Congress Center Ramstein at 5 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are €15.
