Super Bowl watch parties abound in the KMC

If you don’t want to watch the big one, Super Bowl LIX, alone at home, you are in luck.

A number of venues in the KMC are holding Sunday night watch parties for the NFL’s championship game between the defending champs, the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans.

The fun gets underway for all ages at 9 p.m. at the Landstuhl Community Club, at the Sembach Community Activity Center the action starts at 11 p.m., for those 18 years and older. The game will be shown on big screens throughout the facility.

On Ramstein Air Base, watch the game at Heroes Bar & Grill on two big TV screens. Doors open at 10 p.m., and you will have the chance to win NFL memorabilia.

Also, on Ramstein, the USO and TKS host the KMC Super Bowl Bash at the KMCC food court. The first 600 participants will receive food vouchers, and there will be fan competitions, giveaways, and a live DJ. Doors open at 10 p.m.

The Warrior Zone in Baumholder is hosting a Big Game Mardi gras party on its big screen TV. The party gets under way at 11 p.m. for football fans 18 years and older.

Kick off at Ceasars Superdome in New Orleans is at 12:30 a.m. CET.
