Drug busts at 10 area apartments netted a range of narcotics as well as cars and cash, authorities said in a joint statement Thursday from the Kaiserslautern prosecutor’s office and the Westpfalz Police Department.
On Wednesday, police searched eight apartments in Kaiserslautern, one in Weilerbach, and one in Neuwied. They found chemicals used for amphetamine production, 10,000 ecstasy tablets, cocaine and marijuana, according to the statement.
Three cars and a five-figure amount of cash were also seized, the statement said. Six men between the ages of 23 and 45 were arrested in Kaiserslautern, it added.
