Road conditions have moved to “amber” in the Kaiserslautern Military Community, according to an alert sent out by U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland Pfalz. The snow anticipated all week finally began arriving in the area within the past hour. The German Weather Service has a similar alert set for Kaiserslautern and the immediate area through 10:30 a.m.
