Sembach expands vehicle registration services amid ongoing backlog

The dog-eat-dog world of vehicle registration in the Kaiserslautern Military Community got a little less cannibalistic Tuesday.

The Army’s substation in Sembach is now offering full registration services, the garrison announced. They’ll offer 25 slots by appointment daily via the 2meters app. It’s the same system used at Kapaun vehicle registration, where there were 1,297 in the queue Tuesday night.

The Sembach electronic queue will open at 7:45 a.m. and close at 3 p.m., with a lunch break in between.

Services include initial and renewal registration, non-operational and agent/owner documentation, transfers, temporary and permanent plates, and deregistration

Please don’t sleep outside the vehicle registration office.
