The city of Kaiserslautern’s Wine & Music tour promises two days of wine, culinary delights and live music across the city Aug. 23 and 24, organizers said.

Nearly 35 local restaurants and bars will participate in the wine-themed event, offering guests a chance to enjoy a variety of wines and food across the city, according to city officials.

The event begins at 5 p.m. on Friday and noon on Saturday, with both days concluding at midnight. More than 15 locations throughout the city center will host live performances and DJ sets, featuring a range of musical genres from electronic to rock and pop.

Highlights include performances by the Luther Club Band, Jens & Friends with Sonja Volz, Moabi Village and Los Cuban Boys.

Attendees can plan their route and keep track of participating venues using the Stadt-KL app, which also includes a digital stamp collection feature for a chance to win prizes.
