A dispute between neighbors in Weilerbach led to a drunken scuffle and possible criminal charges against three people, Kaiserslautern police reported Thursday. The fight began Wednesday evening over a privacy screen in the yard. A 30-year-old man escalated the argument when he rang his 44-year-old neighbor’s doorbell and hit him in the face with a drinking glass, police said in a statement. Other people got involved with punches, kicks and insults. Several people were injured but they declined medical treatment. A blood sample from the 30-year-old showed he was legally intoxicated, police said. Three people are under investigation for possible criminal charges, police said.
