Here’s a look at two big July 4 celebrations coming up in the KMC.

Freedom Fest: Both days of this celebration feature rides, games and food in the Enlisted Club parking lot on Ramstein Air Base. Everclear (“Santa Monica,” “I Will Buy You a New Life”) performs July 3 at 8 p.m.. Fireworks are July 4 at 10:15 p.m. Find a complete schedule here.

Independence Day on the Rock: Head for Smith Barracks in Baumholder for this two-day celebration. Highlights include fireworks July 4 at 10:30 p.m., a performance by Andy Grammer (“Honey, I’m Good,” “Keep Your Head Up”) presented by Armed Forces Entertainment on July 5 at 9 p.m., and a laser show at 10:30 p.m. on July 5.
