The Lautern tanzt public dance events return this summer with an array of free salsa, bachata and kizomba dance parties under the open sky, city officials announced.

The events promise summer evenings with lively rhythms starting with the Altstadtfest weekend July 5-7, at Rittersberggymnasium, followed by parties at Stiftsplatz and Schillerplatz on various dates through August.

July 13: Stiftsplatz July 27: Schillerplatz Aug. 3: Schillerplatz Aug. 10: Schillerplatz Aug. 17: Schillerplatz Aug. 31: Schillerplatz

The dance events start at 7 p.m. and free workshops for beginners will be held before each event. Detailed information is available on the Stadt-KL app. The events are free and open to the public.
