President Donald Trump on Monday signed an executive order to repeal a provision allowing transgender troops to serve in the military.

DOD investigation concludes Austin is responsible for failure to notify Congress, White House of his cancer diagnosis as required

Austin came under scrutiny last year for failing to disclose his cancer and complications that led to an extended hospital stay. A report issued by the Defense Department’s inspector general faults Austin for communication failures in which his hospitalization was kept secret for days.

5th Fleet awarded Navy Expeditionary Medal

Sailors and Marines who participated in Operation Unified Takedown from Oct. 1, 2021, to Sept. 30, 2024, seized more than 70 tons of explosive propellants, 1,400 weapons, 226,000 rounds of ammunition and 43,000 kilograms of narcotics.

Non-US soldier killed, 2 others injured in US-led strike against ISIS in Iraq, CENTCOM says

The U.S. military led strikes against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria in the past week that resulted in the capture of an ISIS leader but caused the death of a non-U.S. coalition soldier and injured two non-U.S. personnel, U.S. Central Command said Monday.
