Pashtun Zarghun district, Afghanistan, Feb. 9, 2010: Afghan Police Capt. Abdul Zaher, left, and Staff Sgt. Darvin Cosby, 29, of Chicago, center, guard a suspect arrested by Afghan police as they search his home for bomb-making materials. A small homemade bomb partially exploded near a joint U.S. and Afghan police convoy earlier in the day, causing no injuries. The device exploded just alongside the village of Dastha Bam in the Pashtun Zarghun district of Herat province.
