Marines from Marine Barracks Washington performed Tuesday in a sunset parade at the Marine Corps Memorial in Arlington, Va. This 45-minute performance featured “The Commandant’s Own” United States Marine Drum & Bugle Corps and the United States Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon.
Tuesday Sunset Parade is an annual summer series, performed each week. This year’s series started June 11 and will run through Aug. 13. Marines demonstrate ceremonial excellence, drill precision and esprit de corps in honor of those who have served and continue to serve.
