Southern California Air Show attracts thousands to March Air Reserve Base

Thousands of spectators saw aerial performances and aircraft displays during the 2025 Southern California Air Show at March Air Reserve Base, Calif., over the weekend.
The family friendly show offered a lineup of aerial demonstrations and performances featuring the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, KC-135 Stratotankers, an Air Force B-1 Bomber flyby and more. There was also a live pyrotechnic performance by Firewalkers International.
The event showcased a variety of interactive exhibits and airframes from the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps for the public to see and tour, including a C-17 Globemaster III, an A-10 Warthog, a Navy EA-18G Growler and more. There were also several civilian aviation airframes on display.
The Southern California Air Show is a long-standing tradition at March ARB, which is one of the oldest airfields operated by the U.S. military and holds a storied past. The show has become a signature display of air power, innovation and connecting with the community.
