Past and present flew together Saturday at the Thunder Over the Rock Air Show at Little Rock Air Force Base in Jacksonville, Ark.
That included a P-51 Mustang — a fighter and fighter-bomber from World War II and the Korean War — flying side-by-side with the nation’s newest fighter jet, an F-35.
Thousands attended the show Saturday, and the same was expected Sunday. This is the first time in five years LRAFB has hosted an air show.
