OKLAHOMA CITY (Tribune News Service) — The Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Heath Care System is notifying veterans the North Oklahoma City VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic will be closed 3-6 months due to water damage from a broken water riser valve.

The VA hospital is asking patients with scheduled appointments at the clinic who are unsure of their new transitioned appointment location to contact the VA scheduling staff at (405) 456-1000, option 2.

Veterans will be contacted and redirected to alternative clinic locations in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.
