There are plenty of chances coming up to celebrate the Fourth in the KMC. Freedom Fest is at Ramstein Air Base today and Thursday (Everclear performs tonight at 8, fireworks are Thursday at 10:15 p.m.). Independence Day on the Rock is at Baumholder on Thursday and Friday (fireworks Thursday at 10:30 p.m., musician Andy Grammer takes the stage Friday at 9 p.m.).

But there’s more to do during the weekend, including Kaiserslautern’s Altstadtfest with music on six stages, a medieval fair, dancing, food and more Friday through Sunday in downtown Kaiserslautern.
